If your courses already live in a catalog, a spreadsheet or last term's schedule, bring them in here instead of typing each one. This only touches the Courses tab.
For settings that repeat. For example: every lecture course has a maximum of 35, or every lab runs Fall and Spring.
Each plan version lists the courses a student takes at each step of the program, in order. Step 1 is a student's first term. Separate course codes with commas. Most programs have at least a full-time and a part-time version.
Skip the typing if you have a room list anywhere: a facilities spreadsheet, a PDF, even a screenshot of a building schedule.
One room per line: room, type, seats. Types: Lecture, Computer lab, Science lab, Clinical lab, Shop or studio, Other. A header line is fine.

For shared rooms. For example: B-110 is not available any evening, or every room is booked Fridays.
Most schools repeat the same few meeting patterns. Build them from a pattern, paste a list, or let AI read your class schedule.
One block per line: days, start, end. Days use M T W R F S (R is Thursday). Times like 8:00 AM or 18:00 both work.
